Return & Refund Policy
Online Purchase Return Policy:
Please evaluate SUNFLOW chairs and accessories inside your home to make a return decision. Once your products are used outdoors, we cannot accept them for return. We accept returns for items in their original unused condition, with all tags attached in the original packaging. Any gifts with purchase items must be returned with the order.
To initiate a return, please email returns@getsunflow.com with your order number and the reason for return. Full-price unused merchandise can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a full product refund minus $20 per chair shipping cost for the return shipping. If you return The Happy Hut™️ Cabana there is a $20 return shipping fee per cabana. SUNFLOW does not refund the original shipping cost paid for shipping the order to you or for premium shipping if selected. The cost of shipping returns outside the Continental United States is the customer's responsibility. SUNFLOW accessories in a box separately from a chair return, there is a $15 return shipping fee per accessories box shipped deducted from your refund. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of returned goods, SUNFLOW reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items purchased at any other stores or websites may not be returned to getsunflow.com. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase seven business days of receiving your return for check-in.
In-Store-Purchase Return Policy:
CHAIR + CHAIR ACCESSORIES*: We are happy to offer a full refund on full-price items returned within 21 days of purchase with a digital receipt. Please evaluate SUNFLOW chairs and accessories inside your home or in-store before deciding to keep them. Once items have been used outdoors, we are unable to accept them for return.To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note, used items and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return. Gift-with-purchase items must be returned with the original order. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers—please reach out to them directly. SUNFLOW reserves the right to deny refunds if the return policy is not met.
*A chair accessory includes the sun shade, drink holder, dry bag, contour pillow, and sunnies case. All other items are considered non-beach chair items. Please see our in-store return policy for non-beach chair items below.
NON-BEACH CHAIR ITEMS: While all sales are final (no refunds), we are happy to offer store credit or exchanges within 7 days of purchase with a digital receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please note, we do not offer store credit or exchanges after 7 days, or for sale items, hair accessories, candles, swimwear, or activewear. SUNFLOW reserves the right to deny credit or exchange if the return policy is not met.
